Delivering your order UK

We will dispatch your order by Signed for next day delivery at £10 per order (Monday - Friday), please order by 2PM to receive your order next day.

UK postage rates are only valid on deliveries within the UK.

Returns policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please follow the procedures below:

FULL PRICED ITEMS

You can return any full priced item in it’s original condition with labels still attached for an exchange or refund within 7 days of ordering. Please note that we cannot refund you any cost of postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item received is faulty.

Woody Boyswear cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and would recommend that any returns are adequately insured.

Clothing Sizes

We are a ten to sixteen size shop.

The ages on garments are approximate and should be used as a guide as your child may vary in sizes in different brands. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact one of our trained customer service staff for advice on sizes of the items you would like to buy.

We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note on sale or reduced items, but we are afraid that we can not offer a refund on discounted items.
